Shenae Grimes portrays a homeless girl in "Sugar"

Village Entertainment is gearing up to begin shooting on the upcoming independent feature film titled "Sugar" starring Shenae Grimes, who will portray a young woman suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and lives on the streets of Venice Beach. Rotimi Rainwater, who owns Village Entertainment, will make his directorial debut in this film, and the story is loosely based on his youth. Alan Baltes will serve as associate producer with AB Media, LLC.

Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski are signed on to star in the Universal Pictures true story feature film 'Everybody Loves Whales'. Casting for lead roles are taking place in Los Angeles and Anchorage. Extras and many crew members will be hired in Alaska. Filming will begin on September 16, 2010 in Alaska and run through December 14, 2010.
Universal Pictures and Original Film are full steam ahead on the fifth installment of The Fast and the Furious franchise and auditions are underway in Los Angeles. Shooting will run from June 28, 2010 through October 15, 2010 in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Puerto Rico and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
